ABS, Inc. is licensed with the State Board of Contractors in Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Tennessee, Arkansas, South Carolina, and North Carolina.  We provide our services in other states that do not require a state license.  We currently work in Kentucky, Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Nebraska, Colorado, Pennsylvania, and other states as well as our licensed states listed above.

ABS, Inc. has been building and renovating many projects for NPC International, Inc., the world’s largest Pizza Hut franchise with numerous stores nationwide, for the past 26 years. We have been involved with all of the proto-type unit’s development. NPC International, Inc. is one of our largest private customers. We also have built and/or renovated other Pizza Hut properties for Yum! Brands, Inc., the parent company for Pizza Hut of America, Kentucky Fried Chicken, and Taco Bell. We are proud to be one of the few “Qualified General Contractors” for Yum! Brands, Inc.

We are currently building Popeye’s Chicken restaurants for franchise owner’s in the south, and have been placed on the Corporate National Vendors list for approved contractors for Popeye’s Corporate. We are an approved National Contractor for Zaxby’s, Zoe’s, and Raising Cane’s as well. ABS,Inc. works with The Roberts Company, one of the largest independent grocers in Mississippi, in designing and the build-out of new concept grocery store units, The Corner Market and Grocery Depot, in various Mississippi markets. Those projects have been New-Site construction as well as renovations to existing units. We play a significant role in the design/build process with The Roberts Company.

Other projects include Cotton Patch Cafe, Raising Cane’s, Newk’s Restaurant, Zoe’s, Mugshots, Papa John’s, Lil Caesars, Church’s Chicken, Wendy’s Hamburger, McDonald’s, Shoney’s, McAlister’s Deli, Long John Silver’s, Captain D’s, Bruno’s Supermarkets, Food World, Super-Valu Foods, Sunflower/IGA, and Food Max. We have also built and/or renovated many Federal, State, County, and City funded projects with different government organizations through various architectural firms. The government (public) contracts have become a balanced part of our annual business.
